Akacan Elegance
The AKACAN Elegance project in central Kyrenia consists of 1,200 houses, with 400 completed in the first phase. Using the latest construction technologies, different types of residences cater to modern needs, offering mountain and sea views, smart home features, and 24/7 security.
The project’s large scale is evident in its 12,000 m2 indoor car park, the largest in Cyprus. Social facilities include two semi-Olympic pools, a children’s pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and childcare clubs. Sports facilities cover 10,000 m2, featuring basketball and football fields, tennis courts, and walking tracks. The project also provides restaurants, a market, hairdresser, gardener, and cleaning services, setting a new standard of living in Cyprus.
